The week before Christmas proved to be more eventful than I ever imagined it would be. It was full of doctor's visits, crafts, cookie making, light gazing, parties, spending time with friends and family, and Christmas caroling.
Decorating cookies.

Lots of giggles.

A little bit of work.

And lots of snacking!!!

And this...

And more snacking!! :o)

Kade's cookies.

MK's cookies.

Finley got up from her nap and joined the snacking fun!

Lots of play time in the back yard too.

Precious!

Sweet girls!

Sweet boys!

We took the kids at church Christmas caroling to some area nursing homes. Our kids got to join us too. They were very sweet!

Afterwards we went to Gattis where the kids had a lot of fun!

I noticed Kaden beginning to act like he felt bad, but he certainly perked up for the bumper cars.

So fun to see them doing something like this.

Just thought this was sweet!

So speaking of not feeling well...the next morning Kaden woke up with sore throat and ear ache and fever. Went to the doctor and both kids had an ear infection and Kaden had strep throat. They were definitely under the weather, but chipper enough for a picture in daddy's office with their antibiotics.

We then went to my parent's house to hang out and everybody just wanted to nap. You could just tell they felt awful, especially Kade.

Thankfully that first round of antibiotics started to work after their day of napping. They perked up for some Christmas crafts.

Kade's finished train.

MK's snowman!
