Christmas Day

I think that this is probably the last year our kiddos will sleep in on Christmas morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. After a late night, it felt good to stay in bed as late as we could. In fact, we had to wake the kids up after 8:30 am. We opened presents at our house with my parents and Uncle Jeff, then we had a big breakfast/brunch. After we hung out at our house for the afternoon, we went back to Ya Ya and Granddad's for our fajita dinner. Gigi and G-Daddy, and a kid from our college group and his girlfriend joined us. It was all excellent, and a wonderful day spent with family.

This is how MK looked when we went to wake her up. She cracks us up the way she sleeps. She loves to cross her legs.

Again, MK is a crazy sleeper and we are always laughing at what we find when we go to check on her. There is a reason we have pillows next to the bed at my parent's house. She is always falling off, but she sleeps through it all. Funny that she looks the same in this pic as she does in the first one!
